About Us

Milestones from creation to present day:
 
1938 - Coulter Painting is established by Carl Coulter. Specializing in farm machinery, equipment, barns, and storehouses.
 
1984 - Richard Coulter became proud Owner and Operator of Coulter Painting. Branching out into larger commercial and industrial projects.

1996 - Floor coatings and concrete overlays become the staple trade of Coulter Painting & Construction. Gaining experience with large projects such as numerous Aerospace plants and Car Dealerships, throughout the East Coast of the United States.    

2003 - Anne Valencia joins the company as a partner specializing in design and marketing.

2004 - Our Vero Beach Showroom is established and becomes our new home.

2006 - Richard Coulter gains General Contractor Certification for the State of Florida.

2007 - Coulter Painting & Construction goes GREEN. Establishing Eco-Colour, providing same great service and workmanship, with a strong focus on environmentally friendly
products and services.

2009 -  Eco-Colour continues to uphold its quality craftsmanship and unique design capabilities by completing numerous distinguished projects throughout Vero Beach, the Treasure Coast, and South Florida.

2010 - Our product line continues to expand along with our list of projects. Custom pieces and furniture embellishments are also becoming a sector of our business.
